A copy of the booklet has been sent to all full members of the Association of Anaesthetists. The aim committee worked with the Association of Anaesthetists of GB and Ireland to produce this booklet, to inform and support ALL anaesthetists, especially those in leadership roles. Look especially at the recommendations.
